We always prefer to see the document to be translated before providing the quote. If needed, we can provide a Non-Disclosure Agreement or sign one provided by you.
The invoice is issued upon delivery of the work, and we require the payment within 30 days from the date of issue of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed. For particularly large projects, we usually ask for a deposit of 30%.
Since we work under Italy’s flat-rate taxation scheme, the service is exempt from the application of VAT.
